A composition of Formosa oolongs considered amongst the finest and most distinguished in the world, this highly aromatic tea is oxidised up to 60% and yields a smooth aroma and an earthy taste.

Tea Preparation : Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
