This astonishing and beautiful rolled tea has been celebrated since the Ming Dynasty. The leaves are plucked three days after the Qing Ming Festival in spring and are twisted into long, elegant strands. A very powerful, full-bodied TWG Tea green tea, it releases a golden infusion that leaves a hint of sweetness on the palate.

Tea Preparation : Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
