Situated in the foothills of the Tendong Mountain in Sikkim, the Temi estate boasts very small harvests of exceptional quality. The silver-tipped leaves of this particularly rare harvest produce a brisk and flavourful cup with floral notes and a sweet aroma of soursop.

Tea Preparation: Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
