A particularly rare and suave blue tea, harvested on Tung Ting Mountain, the green, twisted leaves of this much-celebrated oolong infuse into a pale golden cup with flowery undertones and a fruity note.

Tea Preparation: Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 7 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
