Highlighted by the royal fragrance of just-picked, wild blackberries, this blue tea is sweet and woody and once infused, the large leaves unfold to yield a raw, vegetal flavour that is clean and pure.
Tea Variety: Blue Tea (Oolong)
Country of Origin: Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea & Hawaii
Tea Preparation: Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
